Is PickFresh free to use?

Yes, PickFresh is completely free for both buyers and sellers. We don't take a cut of your sales or charge listing fees.

How do I know the produce is fresh?

Everything on PickFresh is grown locally by your neighbors. Most produce is picked the same day you buy it. You can also message sellers directly to ask about freshness.

How do payments work?

We use Stripe for secure payments. Buyers can pay with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay directly in the app. Sellers can easily get their money transferred straight to their bank account with automatic payouts.

What if I have a lot of fruit to sell?

List as much as you want. You can create multiple listings and update quantities as items sell. Many of our sellers list seasonal harvests from their backyard trees.

Is PickFresh available in my area?

We're currently focused on Los Angeles with plans to expand to more cities soon. Download the app to see what's available near you, and if your area doesn't have listings yet, be the first to start building your local community!

How do I stay safe when meeting strangers?

We recommend meeting in public places during daylight hours. All users have verified emails, and you can check seller profiles to see their history and ratings before connecting.
